Answers to your most burning questionsWhich payment methods are accepted?
DIYTI provide flexible payment options with Klarna. Our webshop currently accepts all major debit and credit cards (i.e. Mastercard, Visa). You can use card, bank transfer or any of the following options to pay now or pay later with Klarna;
- Pay in full
- Up to 30 days later

How can I be sure that my card details are secure?
Your payment data is secure with DIYTI. We do not, at any time, have access to any information concerning your payment card or bank account. All payment card information is handled by the payment gateway Klarna, among the safest system available today for secure commerce transactions. All information is encrypted using SLL encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to card details. No card information is saved on the DIYTI website or available to anyone from DIYTI staff.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
In the last step of your purchase, you will see an order confirmation on your screen which you can print. An order confirmation will also be emailed to the address you specified on your order. If you have not received an email from us before, your mail server may sort it as spam, so please check your spam box as well.
